The 2020 Mercedes-AMG CLA 35 Coupe model is powered by an AMG-enhanced 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder turbo engine featuring 302 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The 2020 Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 Coupe is powered by a handcrafted AMG 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder twinscroll turbo engine featuring 382 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. Gas mileage ratings for these engines have not yet been released, but if history is any indication, they’ll be just as high as the power ratings of the engines because Mercedes-Benz is committed to making its new models as fuel efficient as they are powerful, capable and fun to drive.
